Booking Policies All prices include VAT, English breakfast, Wi-Fi & Car Parking unless otherwise stated. Cancellation of a booking requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a 1 nights charge, unless otherwise stated. All non-chip & pin credit card transactions ( where a guest signs the credit card slip ) will incur an additional 1% charge. As credit card companies treat these as unsecure transactions & charge us an additional 1.05% over the normal processing costs for these transactions. International or Concert/Event day bookings may incur a minimum charge or longer cancellation notice, this will be advised at time of booking. Checkout time is 10:00am- late checkout can be arranged with reception depending upon availability. Half day late checkout rates are also available.
